Our Story - Ayat Boutique

With over two decades of IT experience, Ahmed always dreamed of leaving an Islamic legacy. Together with his wife, Roohi, a fashion enthusiast and artist, they launched Ayat Boutique in just three weeks. The boutique, named after their eldest daughter Ayat Firdous, became a space to uplift the community and support local sellers through a vendor-based marketplace.

Opening just before Ramadan, Ayat Boutique started with abayas, hijabs, salah scarves, Islamic books, and kids’ thobes, quickly expanding to include Ramadan décor, Islamic art, and more. It became a community hub offering Islamic products and free Qurans, and Roohi’s expertise ensured the women’s clothing line was stylish yet modest.

They also introduced Islamic Elegance, a monthly publication enriching Islamic knowledge and culture.

In just a few months, Ayat Boutique has grown to host 14 vendors and generate $12-14K in revenue. With products from 7-8 countries, it stands as a unique space for Islamic fashion and culture.
